Sometimes, it’s hard for a Life Coach to start a project when you know that you can’t do it perfectly.
“I know the principles of success and I want to help people to apply them to their businesses, but some coaches also teach about websites and SEO and networking. Should I even bother trying to reach clients when I can’t serve them as well as a more experienced coach?”
“I want to do a big launch for my new product, but I know my sales funnel isn’t completely set up yet. If I try now, I’ll just lose a lot of clients and make a bad impression.”
Have you ever told yourself something like this? And when you do tell yourself these things, should you listen?
I think you know what I’m going to say.
If you’re going to listen to your doubts, use them to learn and make improvements, not to prevent yourself from making progress.
If you’re thinking about letting your doubts stop you from taking the next step in your journey, here are some methods and reminders that will help you move forward instead of holding yourself back.
1. If you know more than your clients, you can help them. Sometimes, you’re the only one who can.
You only have to be one step ahead of another person to help them take that step.
As long as you know something your clients do not about how to create their ideal lives, you have the ability to help them, and you shouldn’t deny them that help just because you think someone else might be able to do it better.
The fact is, some of the coaches who you think are better than you are won’t be able to teach your ideal clients. Different clients understand and respond to different people and teaching styles, and some who have never really clicked with any other teacher will connect with you. So don’t devalue your personal style just because it doesn’t match the ‘greats’; it’s valuable simply because it’s different from theirs.
2. If you don’t have the ideal system set up, improvise
I heard of one woman who was doing a product launch involving affiliates, but she didn’t have affiliate-tracking software set up. So instead, she simply created a separate purchase button for each affiliate, and marked the products attached to those buttons so she knew who the sale was coming from. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked, and it allowed her to have a successful launch with her affiliates, where she otherwise wouldn’t have had them involved at all.
3. Get other people to do part of the work for you.
Some people do this by featuring guest experts to cover the aspects of their field that they don’t specialize in. Others delegate easy tasks to their family members, freeing them up to get the more skilled and complex parts of their job done.
The approach I recommend is to get a program and business plan completely set up for you.
Can you do that?
Yes, you can. It’s easier than you think – because I made it easy.
I created a 7-figure business system from scratch, and I invite you to build your business off of my work
I already have my programs made and my business systems in place. Now, what I’m looking for is more Life Coaches to help me serve as many clients as possible.
I want to teach you how to use a coaching program that’s already been tried and tested, and has gotten outstanding results for thousands of clients. And I want to show you how to incorporate that into a business plan that has brought me millions of dollars, and the freedom to create the lifestyle I want instead of being a slave to my business.
You don’t have to wait until everything is perfect, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Let me guide you through every step of the journey, so you can know that you have what you need to serve your clients, and you can have it in place sooner than you ever thought possible.
Just scroll up and fill out the form on the right, and my team will get in touch with you to see if we’re a good fit.
Here’s to your success,
Mary
