Have you ever had a time when one thing after another kept going wrong, and you weren’t sure why?

I recently heard from a young author who was having that problem. She was familiar with the Law of Attraction and many other principles of success, but as she admitted, knowing about them doesn’t always mean that you remember to put them to use.

WomanBadDay She’d been using some of the principles on a daily basis, yet her business wasn’t making as much money as she’d hoped. She kept getting hit by unexpected bills, and she found herself frequently running into obnoxious, bigoted people, whose attitudes affected her emotions far more than she expected or wanted them to.

She was also having a hard time meeting men, despite her strong desire to get married. It wasn’t just that she wasn’t getting enough dates – she was having trouble even finding men who were interested enough to have a conversation.

She could tell that something was going wrong on a fundamental level, but she wasn’t sure what.

Then, one day, one of her teeth broke in two, for no obvious reason. It was the final straw; she already had other bills to pay, and now she needed to pay a dentist to repair a problem she’d never expected.

But, being as familiar as she was with the Law of Attraction, she had to stop and ask herself if, in some way, she had been asking for it.

What was she doing in her life or mind that was attracting all these problems?

During the time when these problems came up, she’d been listening to some of my audio teachings, and in one of the lessons, I shared the quote, “It isn’t hocus pocus, it’s where you put your focus.”

The quote struck a chord in her, so she began to pay more attention to what she had been focusing on. And when she really took the time to notice what she was allowing her mind to dwell on, what she found surprised her.

As an author, she has a vivid imagination, and she often mentally plays out scenarios between her various characters. There was one in particular on whom she’d been focusing, and she’d even made that character her avatar while she moved through her fictional worlds.

This particular character didn’t have much money, she was frequently ostracized by people who were prejudiced against her race, her species was thought to be better suited for battle than for love, and she had chronic health problems that were so bad that they could become life-threatening.

Just having a character like this wasn’t a problem, but the author had been identifying with, and emotionalizing, her situation, to the point where all that focus had begun to manifest things in her actual life.

What happened when she began to shift her focus?

As soon as the author became aware of this, everything lightened up. Her financial worries were still there, but now she had confidence that she had the power to turn that situation around.

Her tooth was still broken, but she knew what she’d been doing to attract those circumstances, and she knew how to avoid it in the future.

And the next time she encountered a prejudiced, hostile person, it was water off a duck’s back, instead of the emotional stumbling block that it would have been previously.

If you can attract problems into your life, you can also attract blessings.

This young woman’s experience acts as a powerful illustration of the power of our thoughts to clothe themselves in form and manifest themselves in our lives.

But sadly, many people aren’t aware of this power. They continue to wield it throughout their lives, without ever realizing that they’ve turned it against themselves.

Would you like to help them to become aware of that? Do you want to teach people how to use their thoughts and emotions to bring joy into their lives, instead of chronic pain?

If so, I want you to get in touch with my enrollment mentors, so we can team up to help more people to create the lives of their dreams. To learn how this process works and to see if it’s right for you, just fill out the form on the right, and we’ll be in touch soon.

Here’s to your success,

Mary
